Councillor Training

Bicycle riding has multiple benefits at the personal and community level. As decision-makers it is important to consider the long-term implications of current projects – what type of cities are we building?

The Safe Cycling webinar series was developed by the Amy Gillett Foundation, in partnership with the Global Designing Cities Initiative and the Institute for Sensible Transport.

It presents relevant data and case studies showcasing the transformation safe road infrastructure can achieve for communities.
