AGF Local Champions

Successful and sustainable initiatives require champions who are passionate about the project and are willing to promote its benefits to others

Examples include:

  • Petitioning State Government to change road laws in alignment with the educational campaign, ‘a metre matters’
  • Contacting the local press and getting their story in the paper about their fundraising efforts whilst also raising the awareness of the Foundation and its messages
  • Using regional media contacts to extend the reach of our television community message
